  Assistant conducted the eye exam. I did not get my prescription. Was told it would be in optical when I was ready to choose glasses. Felt like my prescription is being held hostage till I get the glasses. The physician when he came in was very good and personal and professional.

  Felt like I was shipped through like cattle. The assistant conducted the vision test and issued the contact lens. I do not think the prescription was evaluated correctly. Doctor was in and out in seconds.

  Beware. I have been their customer for many years. I took my glasses in for a right temple piece repair/replacement.The repair was faulty. I had to return the glasses two days later for a re-repair. The shop took no responsibility for their mistake, and instead lied to me and claimed they had worked on the left temple piece. The woman just plain lied instead of accepting fault. I have the original broken temple to prove my point. The plump one with the black curly hair is the one who told me such lies.
