  My son was a patient here for about 1 year. I've been trying to get his medical records sent to his new pediatrician for the past month. The records associate is never in the office. I spoke with her 2 weeks ago asking about the records, she said she would expedite them. Today, the records have still not been sent. I don't understand why it takes so long to fax paper over!! this is frustrating

  Showed up 15 min early. Waited over an hour with my daughter who was running a fever. They gave her a shot after i told them not to, that lead to her being sick almost a whole Month. I have never dealt with such rude people and when i tried to voice my issues i was asked to find another pediatrician. Now my daughter is still sick and they send her out the door. I pray this doesn't happen to another child.

  I went in for a rash...My doctor is carrion he wasn't there so they sent me down stairs. I walked in and was immediately greeted with secretaries on their phones just talking away as I awkwardly wait at the closed window. The worst part is that they had a student doc come in and look at me without asking if I was OK with it first. Then Brenda came in and said "you have 2 choices; you can keep using over the counter meds or you can get a prescription they will work the same" I said I guess the prescription (not knowing really what was going on) she said OK and left.... She didn't ask for my pharmacy!! Where do I go for my meds? I go to a regional private pharmacy that has 2 locations I normally have to let carrion know which I will go to as I change locations if one happens to be more conveniently located for whatever I'm doing that day. Anyway I walk out of the exam room and was greeted with yet another secretary on her phone this time I WAIT LONGER. So basically I was examined by a student without my permission and I have to drive all around town chasing my meds down, assuming she even wrote the script she didn't give me any script! I work at a grocery store we are held to MUCH HIGHER CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS IF WE ARE EVEN SEEN IGNORING A CUSTOMER OR ON OUR PHONES WE LOSE OUR JOBS PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!! I will not be coming back; too bad I'm a long long time pacient. Oh one last thing I had an idea what my rash was but still don't know for sure what my rash is she never told me..........
