- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I did not have a Bad experience at his Office which is the Sanger Heart Clinic inside the Hospital Campus At Grace In Morganton NC... Office Staff was very Nice .. the reason for the 3 stars you ask..? Unless you are from Guatemala , which I believe where the Dr Hails from.. His accent is so thick , YOU CANNOT understand ANYTHING he says.. I had to ask and re ask until it was tiresome.. then I had to ask the Nurse what he had said... He also changed Medications with out ANY knowledge of my health record, That part I DID Not like at all. They also could not locate the booklet of paperwork ( about 7-8 pages worth) I had filled out and Returned to them by mail, Which means a ton of my personal information is out there somewhere ..Not good.. NOT GOOD AT ALL. Other Medical professionals I have had appointments with that have knowledge of Dr De La Serna say he is a fantastic cardiologist if you can understand what he is saying and held in the highest regard in the medical community... ???July 28, 2017by Janice Payne
