  Pediatric dentist insisted we need to take action and take care of our children's teeth and that they have several cavities. We made an appointment and because of a flat tire we had to re-schedule one appointment. At the appointment the dentist and front desk clerk verbally attacked me by saying I was a bad mother and how could I have missed so many appointments. I should have trusted my gut and never went back, but I was hopeful and patient despite their poor customer service. They filled two of my son's teeth in the back with SILVER. I could not believe they put silver on his permanent teeth. Absolutely horrible customer service and overall satisfaction with this place.

  Jennifer was nice. The rest of the crew could use some interpersonal communication skills classes including Murphy. Shot me 4 times too far BEHIND the area needing work... Couldn't figure out why I wasn't getting numb. Had no interest in listening to what I was telling him....because "he knew better". Dr. Williams in Conover nailed it the FIRST time. Basically, I spent $450 and left with the same problem I entered with. It is totally ridiculous that extractions are $271. $90 or less at other dentists. I would not recommend this establishment.
